Return Policy

We hope that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases from Eureka the Label. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to make a return. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund (minus shipping fees). After this time frame, your item will not be eligible for return/exchange. 

At this time we do not cover return shipping costs, so the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Eureka the Label is not responsible for any lost or untraceable returns, so be sure to use a carrier that offers tracking services. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Items that are not eligible for return include: All sale items (including Pink Friday, Black Friday, End Of The Year Sale, & Our Birthday Sale ect.), jewelry, hats, swimwear, bodysuits, hair accessories, purses, and gift cards. 

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Eureka the Label does have the right to refuse any return if the item does not follow these guidelines below, and the customer will be responsible for returned shipping. 

Clothing must meet the following criteria for a refund:

-unworn, & unwashed

-tags still attached

-in original packaging 

-no stains (makeup or spray tan)

-scent free (perfume or deodorant) 

-no pet hair or pet odor 

-shoes must be returned in the original box they were sent in

*PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH RETURN LABEL TO THE SHOE BOX. Place the shoes in carrier accepted packaging and attach the label to the outside of the packaging, leaving the shoe box fully intact. 

How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at eurekathelabel.co@gmail.com with the subject line RETURN. Please make sure that you also put your order number, name, and your reason for return in your email as well. 

Once we make sure your item is eligible to be returned, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return once it's delivered to us.  

Exchanges
If you would like to return and exchange for a different size, you will be responsible for the returned item shipping cost. However, Eureka the Label will cover the shipping to send your new exchanged item back to you.

Items can be exchanged for a different size of the same item only. If you would like to exchange for a different item, you can return the item for a refund and then repurchase your new item on our site. 

Damages and Issues
Please contact us at eurekathelabel.co@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving your item if it is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we are contacted outside of the 48 hour time frame or the item is tampered with, we unfortunately cannot help with the purchase. 

Local Pickup Returns

The same policies apply for local pickup returns, the only exception will be that customers will not have to pay for return shipping. Customers can return items on our local pickup day (Thursday) during our business hours (10am- 6pm).
